Lake Ontario - Oswego NY

For over 14 years, I have been collecting glacial deposited rocks for creating coaster sets, business card holders, cell phone stands, and other items. All have been collected from the Lakes Erie, Huron, Michigan, and the great Superior. There was one lake left; Lake Ontario, which has not had a representative in my inventory until now. This past November, I collected rocks from the Lake Ontario shores near Oswego NY. Like the other lakes, Ontario has its own brand of glacial rocks on its shores; deposited and naturally tumbled into perfect sized cobbles.

What a difference a few hours makes from an angry evening to the next morning with perfect calm waters for collecting.
